PRIVACY
POLICY
Gamma Basics LLC (the “Company”) takes the privacy
of its customers seriously. This
Privacy Policy governs personal information the Company may collect from
customers through the use of the Company’s Web site and related online or
Web-based services (collectively, the “Site”); communications with the Company
online and over the telephone; registration of software or other goods or
services purchased, licensed, or otherwise provided by the Company; and
otherwise requested from time to time by the Company in connection with its
offering of goods or services.
The Company may revise this Privacy Policy from
time to time within its sole discretion with or without prior notice to you by
updating this posting, with any such revised Privacy Policy taking effect
immediately upon the date of posting.
Consequently, you should consult the terms regularly upon accessing the
Site. The Company will not send
individual notices of changes to this Privacy Policy but will make copies
available upon reasonable request.
SITE
NOT INTENDED FOR MINORS
This Site is not directed to minors under age 13,
and the Company will not knowingly collect personal information from any child
under age 13. To place an order or
to contact the Company, you must have reached the age of majority (which in
most jurisdictions is 18 years old) and have legal capacity to enter into a
binding contract. If you are under
the age of majority in your home jurisdiction or cannot lawfully enter into a

address, shipping address, company name, product identification numbers, and

that the Company stop using your Personal Information, the Company will deal
