Wharton Entrepreneurial Programs (WEP) recently awarded Gamma Basics a 2011 Wharton Venture Award. The Venture Award is a $10,000 grant given to startups run by Wharton Juniors or first-year MBA students to pursue their startups in lieu of a summer internship. This grant will help Gamma Basics with sales and marketing efforts leading up to the launch of grayCAD.
The Wharton Venture Award has helped spawn several successful startups, including Warby Parker, Milo.com, and InviteMedia.com. We're excited to be in included in the list of WVA recipients.
